Hi There! I'm Lisa G

I help women who are struggling with chronic conditions brought on by diet and lifestyle choices who are not living the life they know they can and are ready to do something about it.

Several years ago, I was that woman and I was ready for change. I began researching the practice of Functional Medicine as well as Holistic Health and began making small changes in my life. I immediately started to feel better. I became obsessed with learning all I could about the body, mind and spirit connection and how it affects our health and well-being.

I began eliminating toxic foods that contribute to disease and replacing them with whole foods that give life. I was amazed at what eating “real food” was doing for my body and mind. My joints quit hurting, I had more energy, my skin looked softer and my mind was clear. The bonus… I lost 25 pounds without even focusing on weight loss. (and it’s still gone)!

This is when I really started believing that food is part of the solution and not the problem. Believing this completely changed my life and it can change yours too!

It’s about partnering with you to help you get to where you want to be in your health and in your life! Empowering you to find your strengths and use them to get there! Guiding and supporting you to reach your goals and holding you accountable in the process.

We’re gonna get real and look at the whole picture because all areas of our lives contribute to our health and well-being.
